Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Psychology Review, and

Annual Review of OP and OB
In 2011, Annual Reviews President and Editor-in-Chief Sam Gubins and I conceptualized and developed the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, a series devoted to publishing reviews of the Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology and Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) literatures. Following the approval of the Annual Review Board of Directors, I was appointed Editor and assembled an Editorial Committee that was tasked with implementing the series. We held our first Editorial Committee meeting in New York in 2012 and published our first volume in 2014. As I noted in the
